Final sales, returns & cancellations

All purchases are final. We do not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or refunds, except where required by applicable law. This includes personalized products and customer-approved spelling, colors, sizes, or designs. Please check your order and proof carefully before paying.

A quote request is not a purchase and can be withdrawn before an order is accepted and paid. After purchase, voluntary cancellations and changes are not guaranteed. Contact us promptly; any accepted change may affect price and timing.

Problems with an order: If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or materially different from the agreed order, email letus3dprintit@gmail.com with your order reference, a description, and photos if available. We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law. This policy does not waive statutory rights, applicable warranties, or lawful payment disputes. Do not send an item back without return instructions.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide any legally required delay notice and cancellation/refund option. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel it and refund payment for the unfulfilled merchandise as required by law. This final-sale policy does not override these obligations.

Terms of sale

Version 1.3 · Effective November 3, 2026

These terms describe purchases from Let Us 3D Print It, operated by Jason Dixon, including 3D-printed products, welding handles, portraits, gifts, signs, clocks, UV printing, and engraving. They apply to an order when provided to you and accepted as part of that order, whether you contact us through this website, email, phone, or in person.

1. Contact & purchasing authority

Questions may be sent to letus3dprintit@gmail.com or (813) 309-2715. Purchasers must be adults or have an adult place the order. A person buying for a business must have authority to approve that purchase.

2. Requests, quotes & order confirmation

A request for a quote does not create a purchase. For standard products, Stripe checkout displays the final total before you pay; the website confirms payment after verification from Stripe. We confirm the items, specifications, total price, timing, and payment arrangements before accepting an order. A quote’s stated expiration applies; if none is shown, ask us to confirm the price and availability before paying. We may decline work we cannot safely or lawfully fulfill.

We correct pricing or description errors before acceptance and obtain your agreement to any proposed change. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will contact you and refund any amount due for the unfulfilled portion as required by law. We do not substitute materials, designs, or products without agreement.

3. Payment & taxes

Amounts are quoted in US dollars. Your quote or invoice specifies the payment due and when it is due. Any deposit must be expressly stated; these terms do not impose an automatic deposit percentage. Production begins after required approval and agreed payment. We may pause work while an agreed payment is overdue, subject to applicable law and any required notices.

Applicable tax and delivery charges are disclosed before payment. Provide any valid tax-exemption documentation before invoicing. When online checkout is available, Stripe processes standard-product payments. Custom work continues through an agreed quote and payment arrangement. Do not enter card details in a request or send them by email. These terms do not automatically authorize recurring charges, card surcharges, interest, or credit checks.

4. Designs, proofs & changes

Confirm the item, equipment model where relevant, size, quantity, colors, and exact spelling before approval. We use the approved design to make your item. Changes requested afterward require our written agreement and may need a new quote or completion estimate. Screen colors, material texture, and normal printed layer lines may differ from a digital preview; an agreed specification still applies.

Photos and design ideas help us understand your request but do not establish a product’s technical rating. Discuss intended use and any special requirements before placing an order.

5. Final sales & cancellations

All purchases are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, except where required by applicable law. This includes customer-approved personalization. You may withdraw a quote request before purchase. Voluntary changes or cancellations after purchase are not guaranteed. The final-sale policy explains damaged or incorrect orders, fulfillment problems, and legally required remedies; those exceptions are part of these terms.

6. Shipping & delays

Standard shipping within the United States is $7.99 per order, or free on $100 or more in eligible merchandise after discounts and before taxes. Oversized items require separate calculated shipping based on packed dimensions, weight, and destination; they do not qualify for free calculated shipping. Mixed orders pay at most one standard shipping fee plus the oversized shipping charge. Oversized shipped orders cannot check out while accurate carrier rates are unavailable. Local pickup is not available. Provide an accurate address and contact us promptly if it changes.

We agree production and shipping expectations before payment. A date you request is not a guarantee unless expressly accepted. If a shipment cannot meet its promised timeframe, we provide the notices, choices, and refunds required by law. Weather, supply interruptions, equipment failure, and carrier disruption may affect timing but do not remove those rights. Contact us if a delivery is missing; we will help investigate.

7. Inspecting your purchase

Please inspect your item when received and promptly report damage, missing parts, errors, or defects. Include the order reference and photos where possible, and keep packaging useful for a shipping claim. Prompt reporting helps us investigate; this request does not impose a short deadline that waives your legal rights. Contact us for instructions before returning an item.

8. Materials, suitability & safe use

Follow the product-use warnings and instructions supplied with your item. Confirm compatibility before purchase and use. Do not treat a custom printed component as certified safety equipment, structural support, electrical insulation, or a food-contact surface without verified suitability for that use. Stop using an item that is damaged, loose, softened, or otherwise unsafe.

We do not promise a lifetime warranty or any unlisted performance rating. Any specific written warranty provided with a product applies on its stated terms. Nothing here removes warranties, liability, or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Normal wear or damage caused by misuse is different from a manufacturing defect; each reported problem will be reviewed.

9. Customer content & permission

Supply only images, logos, and artwork you are entitled to have reproduced for the requested purpose. Custom production does not itself grant permission to use protected brands or characters. We may ask for evidence of permission and decline a request that lacks it.

You retain your rights to submitted content and authorize its use for quoting, designing, making, and fulfilling your project. Personal photos and customer projects require separate permission before we use them for promotion. Buying a finished object does not automatically include its digital design or source files; any such deliverables must be agreed in writing.

10. Order records & disagreements

Keep your accepted quote, invoice, proof approval, and correspondence. Contact Jason with any dispute so we can review the records and attempt a resolution. These terms do not require arbitration, waive a jury trial, shorten legal claim periods, or prevent lawful payment disputes.

Florida law applies where permitted, subject to mandatory protections available to the customer. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.

11. Written arrangements & policy updates

The accepted quote, invoice, approved specifications, and the terms provided for that transaction describe the order. A different arrangement must be expressly agreed in writing. Conflicting paperwork is not automatically accepted merely because we receive it.

Changes to these website terms apply prospectively. They do not change an already accepted order without agreement. Contact us for the policy version applicable to your order. See our privacy notice for how request and order information is handled.

Privacy notice

Information handled by this website

Custom-request forms collect your name, email, project description, service selection, delivery preference, and optional reference images. Requests and images are stored in our website’s database and file storage for shop-owner review. The form also creates a request identifier and uses a daily hash derived from your IP address to limit abusive submissions. Hosting providers may process technical request and security logs.

The cart uses browser session storage to remember selected items. For online checkout, we store selected items, personalization, notes, policy acceptance, payment status, and contact and delivery information supplied through Stripe. A daily hash derived from your IP address is used to limit checkout abuse. Email messages and attachments are then processed by your email provider and our business email provider. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government IDs, or unnecessary sensitive information in forms or images.

Purpose & sharing

We use information to respond, quote, prepare designs, fulfill orders, provide support, maintain business records, and protect the website. Information is handled by service providers needed for hosting, storage, email, and delivery, and may be disclosed when legally required. Site hosting uses ChatGPT Sites infrastructure, including Cloudflare database and file storage. Our business inbox uses Gmail. We do not sell customer contact details or uploaded images.

Stripe collects and processes payment details on its hosted checkout. We do not store card numbers. Stripe shares payment status and order contact and delivery details with us for fulfillment. See Stripe’s privacy policy.

Storage, choices & contact

Contact letus3dprintit@gmail.com to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity. We retain information needed for the request or order, business records, legal obligations, and dispute handling; deletion requests are subject to those needs and applicable law. We do not promise immediate deletion from backups or third-party systems.

The storefront uses session storage for its cart and does not include advertising trackers in its current code. Hosting, owner sign-in, email, and other external services may use their own cookies or technical data under their policies. This site is intended for adult purchasers. Do not submit information on behalf of a child without appropriate authority. Contact us if a child has submitted personal information.

Product-use warnings & care

Welding handles: electrical shock, burn & fire hazards

Confirm exact equipment compatibility and intended use with us before purchase. Do not install or use a handle on energized equipment unless its suitability, required insulation, and temperature limits have been verified for that equipment. A custom printed handle is not personal protective equipment, and no electrical or heat rating is claimed here.

Disconnect power and allow equipment to cool before fitting or inspecting parts. Follow the equipment manufacturer’s instructions; have a qualified person assess installation and suitability. Never bypass guards or insulation. Inspect before each use and stop immediately if a handle is cracked, loose, softened, scorched, or otherwise damaged. Keep printed parts away from direct flame and hot metal. Use appropriate welding protection.

Decorations, clocks, signs & small parts

Decorative items are not toys unless expressly supplied and verified as such. Small or detachable parts can present choking hazards; keep them away from young children and pets. Secure wall-mounted items using hardware suitable for the wall and item weight. Follow clock-movement and battery instructions; keep loose batteries out of children’s reach. Keep printed plastics away from flame and excessive heat. Outdoor, food-contact, structural, medical, and other special uses require explicit suitability confirmation.

Tumblers, cups & personalized surfaces

Follow the base container’s care instructions. Unless specifically confirmed otherwise for your item, hand wash gently; do not microwave, put in a dishwasher, soak, or use abrasives. Decorative inks, coatings, or prints must not contact food, drink, or the mouth unless suitability for that contact has been verified. Confirm care and intended use before ordering.

Earrings & accessories

Small parts are a choking hazard. Keep away from young children and pets. Metal fittings, coatings, and plastics may cause sensitivity; stop wearing if irritation occurs. No hypoallergenic claim is made unless supported for the specific materials supplied.

Product-specific instructions and physical packaging labels may also be needed. These general notices do not certify a product or replace material testing, compatibility checks, or instructions provided with the product.
