Tell us what you have in mindInclude the item, quantity, size, colors, exact personalization, and any date you need it. For earrings, include your preferred shape and size. For portraits, include the preferred finished size.
Send clear reference imagesUpload photos, sketches, or artwork using the design request form. For portraits, use a sharp, well-lit original photo. Send artwork you own or have permission to use. You can upload up to 3 JPEG, PNG, or WebP images, up to 4 MB each.
Review your quote and proofJason confirms feasibility, materials, price, estimated turnaround, and delivery arrangements. Check names, spelling, layout, dimensions, and colors before approving the design.
Approve before productionConfirm the final design and payment arrangements with Jason. Ask about any changes before approving; changes after production starts may affect cost and timing.

BEFORE YOU ORDER
A few helpful answers.
Did I place an order when I filled out the form?
The custom design form submits your request and photos directly and shows a confirmation number. This is a quote request; your order is confirmed only after Jason replies and you agree on the details. Adding a handle to your cart does not place an order. Once online payments are enabled, you can complete your handle purchase through secure Stripe checkout without sending an email. Your handle order is confirmed after successful payment. Online payments are not available yet while checkout setup is being completed.
How much is shipping?
Standard US shipping is $7.99 per order, or free when eligible merchandise reaches $100 after discounts and before taxes. Oversized items require separate carrier-calculated shipping based on packed dimensions, weight, and destination; they do not qualify for free calculated shipping. Until carrier rates are connected, oversized shipped orders cannot check out. Any applicable tax is confirmed before payment.
How long will my custom order take?
Timing depends on the design, materials, quantity, and current workload. Include your needed-by date. Jason will confirm an estimated turnaround before you approve the order; submitting a request does not reserve a delivery date.
Can I change or cancel a personalized order?
You can withdraw an unpaid, unaccepted quote request. All purchases are final: no change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or refunds, except where required by law. Changes after purchase are not guaranteed. Contact Jason about damaged, incorrect, or defective items. Read the full policy and legal exceptions.
How do I send a portrait photo or earring idea?
Choose Custom portrait or Custom earrings in the design request form. Describe your idea, attach your images in the form, and select Submit design request. Review the design proof before approving production.
For custom projects, include your preferred size, quantity, and any date you have in mind. Jason will confirm availability and estimated production timing when reviewing your request.
